Company's Policies

PREPONE&POSTPONE:

  • In case client wishes to pre-pone /postpone his or her travel dates, we request you to kindly reachus15 days prior to journey date via mail.
  • The customers can postpone/ pre-pone their tour will attract additional charges.(INR3000/-)
    Also note that few service providers (Hoteliers, Transporter etc.) Oct apply postpone/pre- pone charges even after meeting above requirement. In such cases postpone/pre-pone charges will deducted from the advance amount deposited.
  • In all pre-pone or postpone scenarios, the services and the costing will be subject to availability of Hotel/Volvo and season/off season time.
  • The validity to utilize your Advance payment in pre-pone/postpone scenarios is 3 Year from the date of advance payment.
  • The advance payment and the invoice Number allotted to you, are transferable i.e. you can pass on your booking to any of your friends/relatives.(Please Note: In order to transfer your
    Booking you must meet the above terms and conditions first)
  • Company has a right to reschedule the sightseeing’s days to ensure smooth execution of tours.
    Any amendment requested during the tour, will be treated as a fresh booking and additional cost will be charged other than earlier all located tour cost.

Exclusions:

  • Any Air fare or Train fare
  • GST Excluded.
  • Any Kind of Personal Expenses or Optional Tours / Extra Meals Ordered
  • Anything not specifically mentioned under the head “Prices included”.
  • The Services of Vehicle is not included on leisure days & after finishing the sightseeing tour as per the Itinerary
  • Guide fee, Camera fee & any monument Entrances, Medical & Travel insurance.
  • Any changes you choose to make during your tour, Additional costs due to flight cancellation, roadblocks etc.
  • Heater charges extra as per hotel policy
  • AC does not work in hill station
  • Any additional expenses occurred due to natural calamities like: Earthquake, Landslide, Floods any natural disaster. In any of the above circumstances, guest will bear the additional cost.

Terms & Conditions

  • No refund will be made for any unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation segments, sightseeing tours or any other service. Such unused items are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
  • Room allocation is done by the hotel depending upon availability at the time of check-in in the category of room as specified on your confirmation voucher.
  • No refund shall be claimed, if the services & amenities of hotel were not up to your expectations, it will be considered on case-to-case basis.

Payment Policy:

  • 20% at the time of confirmation
  • 30% after issuing the voucher,
  • Balance on arrival :
    (Day 1: 20%, Day 2: 15%, Day 3: 15%, all the payment should be clear before the last checkout from the hotel)

Refund Policy:

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellation before 30 days of start date will be charged 20% Of TotalPackage .
  • Cancellations between 16 days to 30 days before start date, 35% oftour cost would be charged as retention.
  • Cancellations between 10 days to 15 days before start date, 50% oftour cost would be charged as retention
  • Cancellations between 05 to 07 days 0f Check in 100% of the booking will be Charged.
  • Booking Amount (20% of the package) is nonrefundable.
